"Chamomile tea, please Kelly"
In the café, Non complains of a headache and asks Kelly for a chamomile tea;  she had a migraine, could not sleep, and was throwing up.
"You should take it easy today"
Kelly wonders what was the trigger, and advises her to take it easy today.
Then Gwyneth comes in;
"I don't suppose you've had a chance yet"
“I won’t ask you about the conversation we had yesterday – I don’t suppose you’ve had a chance – perhaps you will have a chance to go to Bryntirion over the weekend, please –
"This is important, for Sioned's sake"
“this is important, for Sioned’s sake.”
"I'll let you know if I find anything"
Non agrees to go over to the flat if she finds anything.
Such a regular customer, we have never seen him before
Dai has just served one his regular customers, and hopes that he sees more of him;
"How about a takeaway from Cwm Delhi tonight?"
Diane suggests a takeaway from Cwm Delhi tonight, to cheer up DJ.
Diane is very concerned about DJ
“It worries me that he didn’t get up this morning before we left,” but at that moment DJ walks into APD, and Dai says that it is nice to see him out and about.
"I don't want you making a fuss"
He does not want them to make any fuss,
"What Non said made a lot of sense'
and has been thinking about what Non said yesterday – it made a lot of sense;  Diane comments that recognising the problem is the first step.   “I realise that people are not talking about me, but coming out of Bryntirion is enough for me today,” he tells them.
"You'll find there is no ill-feeling at Awyr Iach"
Dai assures him that when he goes back to Awyr Iach, he will find that there is no ill-feeling toward him at all.
"It will be fun in Glasgow"
In the Deri, Gwyneth has a text from Jac, who is expecting them tonight, and suggests that they stay near Glasgow;  “A new bar has opened near his flat – it will be fun.”
"I'm not in the mood for getting drunk again!"
Sioned replies that she is not in the mood for getting drunk again,
"It was your idea to go away somewhere"
but Gwyneth reminds Sioned it was her idea to go away.
Sioned does not fancy eight hours on a motorbike
“I don’t fancy an eight hour journey on the back of a motorbike,” Sioned complains,
"Perhaps a quiet weekend would be better"
and is told that she does look tired;  perhaps a quiet weekend and the flat to herself would be a better idea.   Gwyneth goes to get packed, saying she will be back on Tuesday.
"If anything happens, phone me"
“And remember, if anything happens over the weekend, phone me,”
"A bit of peace for a few days!"
are Gwyneth’s parting words.
"Suppose you found dodgy stuff on a laptop"
Non poses a hypothetic question to Kath;  “Say a laptop belonged to a teacher, and there was dodgy stuff on it – what would you do?”
"If it was anything to do with children . . ."
Kath  replies that if it was anything to do with children, she would go to the police.   Debbie comes downstairs in her dressing gown, to make a cup of tea, and Non goes back out for a breath of fresh air.
"What is the point of getting up?"
“If there is no reason to get up, what is the point?” demands Debbie, and Kath tells her she could go out and look for a job, handing her the Western Post.
"Page 39 – Awyr Iach have a job"
“Page 39 – Awyr Iach are looking for a seamstress!” she says;
Vicky had a successful interview . . .
Vicky has also been jobhunting, and says that her interview went very well.   It is a job on the tills, and that they will phone her this afternoon.
. . . which she is confident about
If she gets the job, she proposes going out for a booze-up.
Out in the street, Non sees . . .
Non walks past the bus stop, looking very concerned,
. . . the Ashursts, heading for the Deri
when she sees Dai and Diane, with DJ.   They head to the Deri,
"Only a half for me, Dan"
where DJ says he only wants a half.   “Do you want a steak, DJ?   That will put hairs on your chest!” but Diane says she has not looked at the menu yet.
"Can I have a word – in private?"
Non comes in and wants a word with DJ in private;  they adjourn to a quiet corner
"Thanks for coming over yesterday"
and he thanks her for their conversation yesterday, admitting that otherwise he would not have had the guts to come out today.   Clutching the laptop bag, she begins,
"I know about the photos!"
“DJ, there’s no easy way of saying this – I know about the photos!   Don’t look at me like that, either – we both know what I’m talking about.”
"Photos?   What photos?"
DJ replies that he certainly does not know, and she continues, “Do you deny that the photos on your laptop are yours?
"You have been deceiving all of us!"
You’re disgusting – I couldn’t sleep a wink last night – you have been deceiving all of us!”
"Bryntirion – this is not the place to talk"
He demands that they should go to Bryntirion, as the Deri is not the place to talk.
"Where have they gone now?"
When Dai takes his drink over, he cannot understand where the two of them have gone.
Kath calls Debbie for their meal, commenting that her head is all over the place.
Vicky might be able to get her mother a job
Vicky says that if she gets the job, she could help her mother get a job with the same company;  “They are having another round of interviews in the next month – they’re opening a new store near Llanelli.”
Kath maintains that Debbie is going for a job with Awyr Iach, as she does not have much choice, but Debbie is not enthusiastic;
"Remember how Vicky was treated there?"
“Do you remember how Vicky was treated when she worked there?   I want to keep my options open,” she insists, and accuses them of ganging up on her.
She storms off
Grabbing her bag, she decides to have her lunch somewhere else.
"What do you mean – indecent?"
At Bryntirion, DJ demands what Non means by ‘indecent’;  “Dont act the innocent!” says Non, “You know exactly where they are,”
Non accesses the photos . . .
and she shows him.
. . . and DJ is horrified
He is understandably horrified, and assures her that he has never seen them before.
"I have no idea how they got there!"
“I have no idea how they got there – I swear on my mother’s grave!” he shouts,
"One more chance to admit the truth!"
but Non says he has only one more chance to admit the truth before she shows Sioned.
"I did not take those photos!"
“I did not take those photos!” he roars.;  Non does not believe him and demands who he really is.   “You’re sick and need help,” she snarls, as she rushes off.
Kelly pays the first instalment . . .
In the café, Kelly hands over the first instalment of the rent,
. . . and Debbie signs to say she has had it
and gets Debbie to sign a receipt for it;  she says that Nicky can have some new shoes now.
"I only came in her for some peace and quiet"
“I only came in here for some peace and quiet – the house is too small for us all – we are like sardines.   It doesn’t help that I don’t have a job to get away from it every day, and Kath constantly reminds me of that.”   Kelly offers her a couple of shifts here in the café, but Debbie insists that she has to move on.
She says she does not want the job in Awyr Iach, as she is not keen on certain of the staff, namely Kath,
"You should take the Awyr Iach job"
but Kelly advises her to take the job.
"Vicky had a good interview"
At Maes-y-Deri, Mark returns from his delivery, and Kath tells him that Vicky had a good interview this morning, and is waiting to hear if she has got it.
"I've got a 'really good vibe' about this!"
Vicky says that she has a ‘really good vibe’ about this.
Non gets out the laptop . . .
Non visits Sioned, and tells her to sit down;  when Non removes the laptop from its bag, she is told to take it away,
. . . and Sioned tells her to take it away
as Sioned does not want to know.   Non enquires, “Don’t you want to see the evidence?   Don’t you want to know what happened?”   Sioned says that as far as she is concerned it is all over;  she just wants to forget about it and move on.
"DJ should be punished for what he's done!"
“You can’t ignore this – DJ should be punished for what he’s done!” Non tells her, “I know you’re scared – it’s enough to scare anyone, but that is why you have to do this.   Only you can report DJ to the police and and this, once and for all –
Sioned looks fearfully at the laptop
“and in order to do that, you have to see them.”
DJ is very anxious
Meanwhile, at Bryntirion, DJ is pacing up and down with frustration.
"He denied all knowledge of them"
Sioned asks, “Does he know you’ve seen them?” and Non says that he denied any knowledge of them, but they cannot let him get away with this.
"I can't believe he would do this!"
“I cannot believe that he would do this,” Sioned adds, but Non is adamant that they have to make sure he cannot do it to any other woman.
She looks at the laptop
Sioned walks over to the laptop;  she does not want to be left alone, and looks at the photographs.
"What sort of person would do this?"
“What sort of person would do this?   A pig!” she exclaims.
But then she notices something
But then she notices something on one of the photos,
"Look – just there!"
and points it out to Non;  they look incredulously at each other.
Debbie comes home and apologises
Vicky is becoming increasingly impatient, waiting for the phone call;  Debbie returns, apologising for her behaviour earlier, but Kath points out that they are all struggling at the moment.   Just as Vicky says she will take them all out tonight,
The long-awaited phone call
her phone rings;  as she answers it,
"I've got an interview with Awyr Iach next week"
Debbie tells Kath that she has been to see Sara about the job, and has an interview next week.
"They said I was an outstanding candidate . . ."
Vicky tells them that the caller said she was an outstanding candidate
". . . but I didn't get the job"
but she did not get the job, so Mark proposes that they all go to the Deri for a meal, anyway, and Kath volunteers to babysit Nicky.
"Tonight's meal is on me!"
Debbie flashes her £200, and announces that the meal is on her.
Suddenly, DJ hears a knock on the door . . .
DJ is by this time in a state of panic;  he picks up his keys and phone, and is about to leave when there is a knock at the door.
. . . but it is not the police
He finds that it is Sioned and Non, and says that he was expecting the police.
He has no explanation . . .
“Listen, I don’t have any explanation,” he says.
. . . but is reassured by Sioned
“You don’t have to explain – and don’t worry, there won’t be any police, Sioned quite calmly informs him.”
"We know you didn't take those photos"
Non adds that they know he did not take the photos.   “Come here,” Sioned tells him and announces triumphantly,
"Look at this – do you see it?"
“Look at this, here – do you see it?
"You've been framed!"
“You’ve been framed!”
