“Now that I am feeling much better, I think that I should go back to work,” he maintains. Gaynor is very pleased, and advises him to phone the health board, but not until he has cleared up this mess.

Jim assures Eileen that she has done the right thing, but she wonders why she feels so bad about it.
“Sioned looked so small – and she says she’s changed!” Jim replies that is what prison does to people, but it will do her good to live on her own for a while. He is certain of that.

“Come on, Ffion, we’ve been through loads – we deserve this, and more than that, Carol and Arwen deserve it. You have to accept this money!”
Ffion looks very undecided.
